Best desserts around. Last time I was in Corvallis we were walking around and looking in the front window at all the amazing desserts. It was 30 minutes past closing time and the nice man saw us looking in and he unlocked the door and insisted on letting us in so that we could buy some desserts to go and they were amazing. Can't wait to go back.
Had an amazing experience at Dal Alma last night. I was in town for the night and took an OSU student friend of mine out to Dal Alma for dinner. We were seated immediately and our server (Ocean) was prompt and very helpful with menu suggestions. We started with the Bacon Guacamole which was outstanding. My friend had the filet and ate every bite. I had the lamb quesadilla and the bbq pork mole, both were excellent. For dessert we shares the deconstructed chocolate cake and the Cafe Dolce de Leche. Went there last year for our anniversary and was so yummy that we went back again for our anniversary this year which was yesterday. They gave us about a quarter of a glass of complimentary sparking wine. It was good. We had the filet mignon and the Ensalada Hacienda and the deconstructed chocolate cake and the dulce de leche ice cream!!! We took the dessert back to our hotel and ate it!!! SOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!!(^March 25,2015) (March 24,2016) Recent experience in the comments!! Still 5*!!!
