They ran wrong electrical wire that was too small (from the outside electric box to the HVAC); they had put in gauge10 and it should have been a gauge 8 wire according to their electrician (Chris). When they left a breaker inside house flipped and left a one whole room and 1/2 of another with no electricity for days.
