“A couple of months ago, I had an appointment with this AC company. The technician never arrived, and when I called the office, I was told they were behind schedule. I had no choice but to wait until the next day. On August 28, I had another appointment. Once again, the technician did not show up. This is a time line of the movements of Del-Air having to do with the Rockwell's account in the porches of the following a/c unit. We had delt with Del-Air in the past with good results as a matter fact of Del-Air had installed the A/C when we built the house new We used a coupon for a $29 tune up the repetitive said that our unit was on its last leg .
