UPDATE! The supervisor called me and made this right! Very happy they addressed my concerns so quickly and professionally! Wayne was terrific! This company installed and services my ac I had the unit serviced in July and it stopped working in September Now they serviced it last summer and it did the same thing! But they didn’t charge me! Yesterday they charged me $347.00 to get it running!! AFTER THEY JUST SERVICED IT!!! The tech said “oh well they’re in business to make money”.

I’ve been trying to get a supervisor to call for 2 days so far nothing to rectify this!
I called to have my AC unit checked and cleaned. Had it done last year April with no problem. The customer service guy refused to answer my two questions and had a terrible attitude. He finally gave me a price, after repeatedly asking for 10 minutes, what it would cost to come out to check the unit. But never said how much it would cost for service to clean out the unit. They need to do better in hiring people that are more professional and customer friendly!
