Friendly, personable, well groomed. Sergio was not our initial technician, but he followed up on our previous repair when it malfunctioned. He respected our request to remove his shoes everytime he entered and thats was alot, but he did it with no hesitation and a smile. He had no quam about returning to repair our system. He enjoys his work and cares about the customer and it shows! Was super easy to set up a 6 monthly check up service for the system, Libny has been thorough and explained all the available options for the cleaning, filter systems, etc. much appreciated.
