I was having an intermittent problem and each time I called for a technician to look at the A/C unit the problem was not present. This time they sent out a very nice young man (Andrew), he listened very carefully to everthing I told him that was happening. Within 30 minutes he had found what appeard to be the problem part. He replaced it and ran the unit through its cycle several times. The real test would be the next several days to see if the problem returmed.
