I was offered a phone interview one waited never got a call so I called lady told me she tried calling which is a lie because I was up at 7 am that day, the rescheduled for another day at 10 30 am waited till 10 35 called them just to be told the lady had an emergency and had to leave, then get an email hour later saying the position is filled. How are you going to offer a phone screening but not call me, what a company this would have been to work for. No stars.
