Great service and reasonably priced. Called after AC went out and they got me on the schedule for very next day!
Poor customer service, they do not have a 24/7 service, they are not open until 8pm on Saturday and they are not open on Sunday. My thermostat broke Saturday so my unit is not working at all. I called. They called back Sunday morning saying they can't come until Monday. It's 110 outside, I have a 15 year old and 2 dogs and a cat. That's poor service especially in this state. Will let my landlord know what kind of customer service is going on. I have to say they came out on Monday and got my a/c running. They do great work I ... read more
