I made an appointment for a repair estimate and drove 1 hour from the other side of town to be there. DeKalb Roofing never showed up or bothered calling. However, I did notice a red truck that stopped and backed out of the driveway without getting out (well after the scheduled appointment time). I had to call THEM to ask WHY nobody showed up for the scheduled appointment or bothered to call. Excellent & Professional Roofing Company – We contacted Dekalb Roofing on Sunday when we suspected a leak in our roof. Robert Berry came out to our home on Monday while we were at work to inspect the problem. He diagnosed the source of the problem and caulked it while onsite and called us to let us know the problem was fixed by mid-day Monday. Excellent and prompt service! We were very impressed with his professionalism!
