I have been here almost every other day this week with my kids an husband they were very kind an timing was pretty good. My daughter was here for a messed up foot they were very good with her an my husband had three SEZIERS an they were very kind an for me they made sure I had a bit to eat. (Peanut. Butter an crackers) an a cold drink. I want to say God bless an thank you to all of the workers here

I contacted them today concerning a statement that has been paid since May...first time I called, I got a voice mail, no call back by the way. Second call I actually got a human who HUNG UP ON ME because the statement was addressed to my husband rather than me. Said she could not discuss it ..I told her it was not up for discussion, it had been paid...Yeap...she hung up....really professional Dekalb Regional!!
