RecommendedThe doctors here are great but the clerical staff are really rude. Tried to make a well visit appointment and after holding for half an hour they hung up on me in the middle of talking to them. So I called the sick line and they were also very rude. She was very sarcastically nice and rude at the same time. The clerical staff need to be trained on etiquette on dealing with people.

The staff is great it just takes forever to speak with anyone. I have been on hold for over 2 hours to schedule a sick appointment for my 3 1/2 month old baby. I find that ridiculous and disappointing especially since I have been using this doctors office since I was a child and he is an infant.

I have been calling since Thursday morning to schedule appointment for my son I understand that this is peak season but this is just ridiculous I even left a message at mychop and still no phone call from anyone
Certain receptionist has no customer service manner, extremely rude. You can never get an appointment when you request one. The nurses know better than a parent attitude( that's why we ended up in ER 3x with ear infection diagnosis because they refused to see my child.) They dont call with test results. Its ashame because there is 2 or 3 great doctors and 1 or 2 great nurses with this practice.
