5 Star : My Experience I am big on communication and my technician (Darrell) called and informed me of the process as well as the total amount of the damage and what part/parts he was waiting in order for the job to be completed. I also enjoyed the text option I received on my phone from reminding me about my appointment as well as the total amount of the damage. And my repair was so nice. 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend i would warn them about the check business and the add on to the credit card. 5 Star : Repair Quality 3 Star : Customer Service Why do I need a certified check? It means that I have to pay an additional fee and - remember, my transportation was in your shop -so I have to pay to get to a bank as well! And all costs me time and more than the 3.5% 5 Star : Returned Clean
