Entire staff was outstanding, but DJ, who managed my repair, realized that I needed to get to Jacksonville, Florida for a medical procedure. He was truly exceptional. He obtained necessary parts ahead of schedule, arranged for a wheel inspection and repair and personally made sure that my car was ready for my trip for the surgery.
