0 Star : My Experience This is our 3rd times using Dekalb Collision for repairs. Unfortunately Deandre Reic was there handling our repairs. She instructed me to call the insurance company for additional repairs just for her to call them and tell them she didn’t feel that the damage was from the initial incident. At no time was I asking her to be dishonest but didn’t appreciate being told to do something when she very well know she had me doing it for no reason. Her customer service was very poor.
