My husband purchased a gift card from your establishment as a birthday gift for me. The following day, we noticed an unexpected charge of $10 labeled as a tip on his credit card. This charge is concerning, as no services have been rendered, and I have not visited the establishment since the gift card was purchased. i couldn't even make the appointment because i don't have a cell phone number to give...i was going to wait in person for the appt - rudest people i've ever encountered. they lost a potential frequent customer...

I usually have a good experience, but my lashes started coming out after three days.It is the seventh day.I am finally available to have my lashes fixed, and they denied the redo, although I have a full set on my left eye and three lashes left on my right eye. Poor customer service and lack of compassion for the customer.
