I will start by saying this company is ran with a mom and pop mentality, on a multi-million dollar a year scale. The equipment is very low tech and very over used. There is no up keep on the equipment at all in-till it breaks and causes someone to get hurt. Very dangerous place to work. The boss now is the son of the owner who worked hard to build the company.
