Staff were friendly but the experience fell short of what I’m used to. I normally go to the Oak Park location which is always great came here after they were short staffed and offered a discount to come to their sister location in Agoura. The spa portion was relaxing but the polish and execution were honestly something I could’ve done at home.
Just moved to the area and decided to try. There’s a reason they were empty on a Saturday afternoon. By far the worst nail place I’ve ever been in my life! The chairs are broken and don’t recline or move back. I’m 5’10” and was crammed in like a sardine can. Then came the manicure, which she made me bleed and didn’t even get the dry skin off, spent about 10 minutes and tried to charge $35. Complete joke! The pictures say everything about this place, they shouldn’t even be in business!!
Tammy and Tina are amazing! They do a great job with my daughter’s and my mani/pedi/ and waxing. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and always am happy with the quality of their work. Everyone at Deja Nails is friendly and kind and it’s always a pleasure to go get pampered there. Highly recommend!
