Deja helped us sell our town home during the pandemic after it had been sitting empty, not selling with another realtor, for months. Not only did she coach us on what upgrades we needed to make to get buyers interested, she helped us find contractors and home goods, and she staged the home. Recently purchased the home Ms. Land was selling a few months ago. Me and my fiance fell in love with the home the first time we tour it, the staging was perfect and seem like a great starter home. Now that we've moved in and started to do some minor upgrades, we have come to realize and see how poorly the house was maintain.
