I was taken to exam room after brief wait in waiting area and seen by the doctor promptly.
Just really wish that Premier health would drop the mask mandate. This virus is over with. Masks don't work anyways. I am not blaming Dr. Chapman's office. I know they have to follow what the CDC tells them. Wish they could make there own decision about masks and drop the requirement. The CDC has way too much control when they shouldn't have. This whole virus was blown way out of proportion.
Dr. Chapman has been my doctor for approximately 25 years. She has been and continues to be an outstanding practitioner.
Dr. Chapman is the best and so is her staff!! I always feel very comfortable and feel like I'm getting the best care.
Nice atmosphere
Dr. Chapman is a doctor who takes her time talking with you, as opposed to making you feel like you're at a drive-through fast-food joint. She engages her patients in decision-making, as opposed to simply rattling off a to-do list. Whether I'm just checking to make sure things are on track, or have a specific symptom I am concerned about, They are always very thorough. Also, you can easily get in touch with their office by phone or through secure email. You can tell it's more than just a job to her and her staff, they care!
Dr. Chapman is a wonderful doctor.she listens and cares about her patients. I have been a patient of hers for years. Thank you for your excellent care.
I loved this tele-health appointment. I felt so sick, and it was so nice to not have to get out of bed. I got my medicine and I feel like a whole new person today! Thank you so much!!!
