This is the first time I received an invoice and believe it may be the secondary insurance was not billed.
I have used this provider for over 20 years. I think there is nothing I would hesitate to discuss with Dr, Chapman. Dr. Chapman has empathy and is very thorough, I would hate to lose her as a provider because I think she has my best interest in mind.
Dr. Chapman is always very friendly and listens to what your problem is. She can usually pin-point what is wrong... She one of my favorite doctors....
