Called out for thermostat malfunction in winter of 2025. Diagnosied and fixed. Disabled A/C in heat pump hoping for a call back to charge even more $$$ in 2026. Scam artist and just a bad company all around.
Ordered propane in early January because we ran out faster than anticipated. The agent told us it was the coldest winter on record and that’s why we ran out so quickly. He strongly recommended automatic delivery so that we wouldn’t run out. We set up automatic delivery and were told to expect delivery “around 2/13.” We ran out of fuel exactly on 2/13, fuel wasn’t delivered. Unfortunately, I have to submit a one star review for this company. I have been a Dieter Brothers customer for a number of years and have been a satisfied customer with a couple of problems with CSR. My last experience with Dieter Brothers was that my oil burner was not operating. My wife called for a emergency service. The service technician came out and determined that the burner needed to be cleaned out. This summer We installed a generator. We received several quotes. Deiter Brothers was the only one that would get the proper permitting. There work was excellent so we decided to switch propane companies. So far their delivery service has been excellent and their propane prices are very competitive.
Just had our oil furnace serviced by Deiter Bros. Ryan the technician did an amazing job, answered all of our questions on the system and cleaned up everything beautifully, definitely went above and beyond our expectations.
