Just had our oil furnace serviced by Deiter Bros. Ryan the technician did an amazing job, answered all of our questions on the system and cleaned up everything beautifully, definitely went above and beyond our expectations.

I had a scheduled appointment from between 1pm and 3pm, which I called the same morning to follow up and confirm. I waited until 3:30pm before I called to find out the hold up or an updated ETA and was told the tech was about to head my way. I was spoken to on the phone as if I was an inconvenience, and the communication was vague at best. Had I not called, I would have been left to wait until someone showed up. The tech eventually showed up at 4:18pm, an hour and 18 after the time slot. Of course they still ask for the esti... read more
