My mother had bowel incontinence so I called her doctor, Dr. Beshear for help as I was her caregiver. I explained to the receptionist who told "Dr." Beshear. She told me to put my mother in a home. Through the receptionist. She didn't pick up the phone, didn't call back, didn't have me make an appointment, nothing. Switched my mother to another physician the same day and made an appointment.
