This company was contracted to replace the vinyl siding with ****** board siding, on the second story of my house. Someone came out to our property and assessed the house, took some measurements and produced us with a quote within the week. After signing the contract and giving half payment up front, they brought some supplies and a dumpster within a few days. This is a terrible company. They take no accountability for their work. I had a new roof installed a couple years ago and we have had 3 problems. Multiple leaks and wood rot have been the result. Pulling teeth to get them to come repair. Now a portion of shingles have flown off. We had a 2nd opinion tell us the they used too much pressure on the nail gun which causes the shingles to easily break off at the nail point. Despite their inspection and repair, another hurricaneHurricane Miltonrevealed the same issue in the exact location, causing further damage. Dehlinger Construction, LLC provided an excellent solution to the noise and leak issues we had been having, Our house addition has an Elite foam panel roof that transmitted the sound of the rain through to the interior, sometimes to the point of it being unbearable. Dehlinger has done two roof jobs for Church of the Good Shepherd and were wonderful to work with. They were careful around our tenant school, which is very important. They were also timely and gave great value.
Dehlinger Construction came to our rescue as our HOI sent us a non-renewable letter in regard to our screen porch roof. The HOI company gave us little time to make repairs. Dehlinger Construction helped us meet our deadline and completed the small project quickly. Dehlinger took pictures of the repair through the process. We had asked Dhelinger about extending our shower as it had to be torn out due to flooding during Ian. We talked about 2 options. 1) Take out a cabinet and extend the shower to the wall adding roughly 18 inches to the shower. 2) taking out part of the cabinet leaving an 8 inch cabinet space and adding 10 inches to the shower. John Pardo with ***** ******** was scheduled to reroute the master bath plumbing on Friday 4/21 around 10 am. Dehlinger has yet to receive confirmation that the plumbing work has been done. Dehlinger will gladly pay the invoice from ***** ******** once the work is completed.
