Glad I switched doctors
Be prepared for a surprise when you go here. If your medicare insurance plan provides for a free annual eye exam, you may find out that you are being billed for a medical and diagnosis visit with the accompanying specialist copay. We went a few weeks ago for a routine eye exam which is covered 100% by our Medicare Advantage plan only to find out later that because the doctor discuss cataracts in our eyes, we were billed $25 each for our specialist copay. My oncology doctor needed me to go see an ophthalmologist for a drug reaction to keytruda The old lady who called me to schedule the appointment was rude and unprofessional, and I scheduled my appointment when I arrived.
