Great experience
This place has gone completely downhill. I bought a 2022 Traverse here in summer 2024 and everything was fine at first, in fact I recommended everyone to go here, but the last six months have been a complete mess. It started with the service department. In November 2025, I scheduled an appointment online for four new tires, and the quote clearly showed $0.00 for 36-month protection. My experience up to this point has been great, however I am not happy with the service dept. at this point for a couple of reasons. I purchased my 2025 Silverado last February and just turned 40k recently taking my bumper to bumper warranty out of service. However I do have drive train warranty. My truck began showing a "service transmission" warning about 2 months into my buying the truck.
