RecommendedBeen using Dehaan's now for 5 years for furnace repair. Lisa is awesome, and an excellent repair woman. The two gentleman who removed the old furnace, and installed a new furnace today were excellent at explaining everything to me. They also made sure to get it up off the often very damp basement floor. Would highly recommend!!! So glad we have a brand new furnace. We have heat! Yay

for the past 3 years dehaan has been replacing several things. first being my ac system. Then it was my thermostat, and as of today my furnace. My old one was on the first floor and the removed it and built the new one in the basement. the crew is kind, professional, and timely. they've answered all my questions and have been good sports with the baby being sassy at times. thank you dehaan!

Dehaan Heating and Cooling are horrible people trying to scam me into buying a new AC instead adding freon to my AC. The tech spent 45 minutes telling me it was not taking freon, my ac was broke and it would cost about $4300 to buy a new one the office would send me a quote. I said I wasn't buying a new one, add freon to this one it works. After 45 minutes of the tech turn the values on and off and telling me my ac was broke, surprise it is now taking some freon. they screwed up our furnace so, now it isn't working correctly and are unable to send anyone out until morning. Now we are supposed to freeze and they broke it. I didn't want this company to work on our furnace they were rude from the start. And the job they did on the installation of an air control system is sickening.
I have been very pleased with the service from Dehaan. I have called them twice, once when my heater went out this past winter and once this summer when my water heater started leaking. Both times they were able to get a technician out that same day. The heater was fixed quickly. The water heater was not able to be serviced by Dehaan and they did not even charge me for the visit, which was greatly appreciated. When looking for a norton hotsurface ignitor model 271NM. Because I'm not a service tech? Because I have a bit of an knowledge and was able troubleshoot my Parents furnace myself you guys get angry and won't sell me a part because I'm not paying you to do the job?The lady on the telephone was quite a bit rude almost telling me she had the part then blatantly telling me she wouldn't sell it to me. Really great company to work with! Our furnace went out, they came out quickly to assess the situation and when we found out that our furnace was condemned, they installed a new one the very next morning.
