Truly awful communication and service. Derek and Alan are nice enough, but they dropped the ball over and over again. Poor tenant selection, terrible repair management, and appalling marketing. We learned a tenant had submitted her 30 days notice only after she vacated - and just days prior to the end of a contract. We immediately lost a monthâs rent, and Deguire claimed no responsibility. Stay away! Donât believe their 5* reviews; I honestly believe more than half of them are phoney.
