Called 5pm, told me soon but came out 8pm. Needed a NOX sensor replaced on 2020 freight-liner Cascadia. They did damage my truck, told me they would be back in the morning, & ghosted me. Called 5 times (They never answered phone). The damage was so bad I had to go into a shop for what would of been an easy fix if weren’t for ignorant mechanics.
Lame
I was broke down on the side of the road and Devon got me fixed up going in a hurry!
