Mike was efficient and informative. I appreciated the communication from him as my furnace was being serviced.
Mike came out on a weekend emergency call and walked thru the diagnostic process with me. This allowed me to follow along on what the furnace was supposed to be doing versus what it was doing, and understand the work that needed to be performed. Thanks to Mike, I am now also a more informed customer and even more appreciative of the work that they do.
