My husband and I are from out of town and decided to try out Degraffs. We couldn't have picked a better place. Our waitress Vanessa was a sweetheart. She KNOWS how to take care of her customers. She was also knowledgable of the menu with different questions we asked. I ate the Rickey Ricardo, and hubby had the Chicken Fried Steak. We were both more than satisfied with our meals. We will return the next time we are around Shawnee. We loved the chips and onion dip as an appetizer.
Put 6 people in a booth. Asked to change to a table next to us. Waitress said yes but needed to tell hostess. Manager then came over and said no. He saves that table for parties of 10. There was only 8 chairs at this table. After standing and waiting for 15 to 20 minutes, we decided to go elsewhere. They charged us for an appetizer that we did not get. Manager just kinda blew us off. Will not go back!!
I've been here twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner. Excellent service, food and atmosphere. I think this is Shawnee's best kept secret. So glad we finally stopped in to try it!
This place started out real good, but has went to poop in a hurry. Have ordered the bourbon chicken 3 times, and it has been served different everytime. This time was even cold.
Normally I have a good experience with exception of today's lunch visit. It started as soon as we walked in the door. We had to wait to be seated when their was plenty of empty tables available, we was charged for a onion dip we never received, it took almost 40 minutes to get our order, and it wasn't complete, the person I was eating with was charged full price on a sandwich that is on the lunch special menu and our poor waitress had to tell us us half a dozen times, " sorry for your wait". The best food, service and specialty dishes in all of OKLAHOMA!
It is without a doubt the best place in Shawnee to eat, I highly recommend the porkys sandwich or the Ricky Ricardo. Service is always friendly and they keep your drinks filled up. I am a very picky eater and at this place I'm not afraid to try different things,everything is always very good and fresh
I dont care for the management I think the are rude.
