RecommendedCalled them, explained problem, and requested additional work; replacing batteries in my seven smoke detectors. Came next day, looked at light fixture that was flashing, explained that there was problem with loose fitting connector, they fixed problem, and because they had originally install fixture, no charge. We reviewed what they needed to do with smoke detectors, showed me what was needed, did work and left. all with in an hour, left me feeling I was well taken care of! Thanks

DSI just replaced my entire heat & a/c system. They have me awesome service, and they went above and beyond to make everything as good as it possibly could be. Had an appointment set up for noon today. They called and said the tech was running behind and would be 30 minutes late. About 2.5 hours later, still no tech so I called back and was told my appointment was cancelled. When I inquired how that happened, they told me my son left them a message that we did not need them to come out. Shocked that my 3 year old would do that, I asked what number the call came from and low and behold, it was not the number they had on file for me.
