I spoke to David for a 10-minute consult. He was very informational and gave me a lot of insight into the situation that I was dealing with around my leasing agency. You could tell he valued doing the right thing for the client and not pressuring them into paying for the services up front and quite frankly advising against it as first steps. Instead, he merely advised on the best course of action that could be taken and the different routes you could go if different things were to occur.
