Originally built in 1852, Degas House has been carefully restored down to the finest detail, in an effort to recreate the home in which Edgar Degas painted many of his finest works of art. This tribute to Degas affords guests a romantic intimacy and Creole elegance, while displaying the Crescent City through his eyes. There are a total of 60 works hung throughout the entire house. You are assured to have a comfortable stay in their artistically designed rooms, equipped with basic amenities.

Very lovely wedding venue! The wedding planner and staff were great.
Home away from home with that Southern eccentrics.
Wonderful tour with information not only about the artist but about New Orleans history itself. Next time I will definitely be a B&B guest.
