They wouldn’t take my gift certificate because it was old. I was a good customer & he lost my business because of it. Someone e told me he had to take it because WA businesses has to honor their certificates.

Owner of nails 15 years without knowing the boss of the customer does not pay . Pay for the workens ,6check, 4 cash. Tax evasion ...do not like , to do not mind.
Defrance has more good quality days than bad. Sometimes they are super busy but it's to be expected since Moses Lake lacks other nail saloons. Overall I enjoy going to defrance nails!
A few years ago I went here and wasn't really impressed by my massage. So I didn't come back. Well today I did because that's where my mom gets her acrylics and I went with her. David did a great job. *friendly *did great with polish and design *and my massage felt so good! Definitely coming back
They used to be very good. Now they just rush thru clients and do messy jobs and hurt ppl!
This was the WORST pedicure I've ever had! I was in the chair for maybe 10 minutes and my toes looked terrible. I had to ask the lady to scrub the bottom of my feet and cut my nails, she told me I didn't need it! Never getting my business again!
