We recently used DeForge Design for our home renovation, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. If you want top-tier quality combined with genuine, attentive customer care, this is the local business to trust. Mary, the owner, personally guided us through the entire selection process. She listened carefully to our design goals, offered expert advice, and ensured we found the absolute best layout for our space without any high-pressure sales tactics. We needed some carpet replaced to list a house quickly and Mary came through for us with flying colors. She sent us 6 options and once we chose the carpet, it was installed within 2 days. Great team, great service! Thank you!!!
Excellent service - walked me through many options, very knowledgeable about different features of different carpets. Mary was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and I never felt pressured - let me bring home several carpet samples to consider. Her installers were also top-notch and did an amazing job. I love the new carpet! It’s exactly what I wanted and I’m so glad I went with DeForge!
This was an awesome and easy experience. Mary was recommended by my realtor. She came in, listened and made awesome suggestions. Installation was complete and good. I am very happy with Mary, the products and installation. I highly recommend her.
Helpful and knowledgeable.
