We have lived here a little over a year. We are now doing our best to get out of here, and we are far from the only ones leaving. First, good points. The unit is nice, and the grounds are nice-looking and well maintained. In addition, the maintenance crew is polite and generally attentive. Bad points: First, security is pretty much nonexistent. I owned a scooter when we first moved in. Within 2 weeks, it was stolen. The neighbors next to us were robbed while away on a trip. There was a shooting across the street. And there w... read more

Moved here Sept 2013 and was told that the complex is very safe and secure. There are cameras and onsite security. There has not been any burglaries since new ownership. LIES!! Cameras are a joke, have yet to see onsite security. My apartment was burglarized on Jan 1, 2014. The cops laughed when I asked them to check the cameras. They are non-working or not viewable.
