The worst company ever to do business with, included in your rent is pest control yet no one ever came out, I had to pay for it myself and literally beg to get my money back, fridge was barely working had missing drawers and was told she would order new ones. She never did. There were no garage door openers, she said she would get them, she never did. Screens needed repaired after hurricane, she never had them repaired. We had brought forth issues with the carpets, floors and general poor cleanliness the home. They removed the floors under contract to no longer be our responsibility. We had some issues with the HVAC which took months to fully rectify. Left the house shining and well deep cleaned also steam cleaned the carpets. They stated they were removing $400 from our deposit to have them professional cleaned; which was marked and documented before contracts were sign as not being our responsibility. Terrible experience. Went out of our way to deep clean before departure; to include bathrooms, carpets, showers, and walls. Will make up any nonsense to justify keeping your deposit.. avoid if you can help it unless you're willing to donate the funds you've trusted them with.
