While we were impressed with the certainty of the engineering and design of our custom sound system, we are appalled that the system continues to have issues and does not perform well at all. After countless hours and tremendous frustration we are waiting for management to develop an acceptable solution.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Definitive on doing a full refresh in my media room. Scott was our guide and helped us build a great system. After we had our gear figured out Scott came to our home to look at the room and put together an install plan. My room was a refresh and the process was mostly a lift and place for the new equipment so we didn’t need the install team.
