I recently had the pleasure of working with Definitive on doing a full refresh in my media room. Scott was our guide and helped us build a great system. After we had our gear figured out Scott came to our home to look at the room and put together an install plan. My room was a refresh and the process was mostly a lift and place for the new equipment so we didn’t need the install team. Always great customer service
Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of tact and understanding from the staff here. We specifically made the 45 minute drive from home to visit one of a vanishingly small number of stores with audio demo rooms. We had a better experience at what's left of Magnolia inside the Best Buy in Bellevue than we did at Definitive. Sound systems are such a subjective product that I don't want to purchase anything without giving it an honest listen. I'm disappointed that I feel I need to leave this review given how much I appreciate good audio, but I left feeling absolutely belittled and dismissed. Never having been to this store before, and being new to the Seattle area, I entered with a goal to find a home theater solution for an upcoming project. The salesman who greeted me asked the right questions, but when it came to budget, we had some disagreements on what could be achieved.
