Definitive has the worst customer service ever – I was looking to get some stereo brackets for a wall mount since when I got them I lost the brackets. First of all it took several days to finally get any information from their Customer Service Rep, who was extrememely rude, and then all they kept telling me was that the equipment came with brackets so I should have to buy them... Idiots! I wouldn't be trying to buy something if I already had it...Also I was quoted to get two brackets for 16$, which is slight above average...... read more
