I've been going to def fit since they opened several years ago. It's locally owned by people who are passionate about what they do! Great downtown neighborhood gym!

Great environment and energy in here. Friendly, knowledge and motivating staff. Got an impromptu, amazing one-on-one training session when everyone in the class was recovering the day after they ran a half-marathon.
