We are a boutique group fitness and personal training studio. Located in the heart of downtown Sarasota we cater to those individuals that want to escape from the impersonal atmosphere of larger gyms. We hire only the best trainers and have a wide variety of classes. TRX, Kickboxing, HIIT, Cardio-Core -Conditioning, Zumba, Boot Camp Classes and more. This is a highly specialized, boutique fitness center with trainers and instructors that are incredibly talented and knowledgeable----it's a family feel when you are there.....you don't get that in many places. Daemian and Dave, these two are genuine....as genuine as they come.
