Poor customer service
I thought I couldn't get a custom dress at my price point, but Jess at Definition Bridal proved me wrong! Collaborating with her on my dress was one of my favorite parts of getting married. I created embroidery and bead pieces that were meaningful to me, and she took extra time to ensure they were worked in beautifully. Thank you so much for working with me and making my wedding day even more special!
If you need any wedding dress alterations, you need to come here! Even though I did not buy my dress at Definition Bridal, I decided to get my wedding dress altered there. Jessica has been nothing but great, she takes the time to listen and really helps your vision come alive, even if you need something made from scratch. I couldn't be happier how my dress looked and the pictures did not disappoint
