Junior and his team did an outstanding job installing our two double-hung windows. Junior was not only friendly but also incredibly meticulous in his work. They left the area spotless, and the craftsmanship was impeccable

Jim, Thank you for your response but there were no false or inaccurate statements. My window was not replaced until I contacted BBB and Attorney General office and I did not contact them until it had been 7 months of trying to get all my windows installed. It was only when they contacted you that you decided to "expedite" the third broken window and it was the Attorney General office that informed me about that - you never reached out to keep me informed and during this entire process, you never said anything about supply ... read more

I just want to say Thank You to Junior & his crew for the 7 windows they just installed this morning (within 2hours). They were all courteous, very nice & did an absolutely wonderful job & also at cleaning up & showing me how to clean my new windows with the tilt in feature. I highly recommend Definis & Son for all your window & door needs. You can’t beat their prices. We also had a storm door installed a few weeks ago by them & yes it was a bit pricey, but it’s so much heavier then the others from Home Depot etc. & I love ... read more

From start to finish, my experience with Definis & Sons was seamless! Not only did they help with choosing the perfect replacement door, but they did an amazing job installing it. Larry and Mel arrived on time and got straight to work - they were courteous and professional. Ordered over 20 windows in April. Install began in July. They broke 2 windows and didn't install them, but didn't tell me until end of day 2 install and I would have to wait even longer. They reached out with install date of the 2 broken windows, then cancelled at the last minute and my son lost a day of work. Also one of the windows they did install had a large crack down the middle of the outside glass and they measured it in August and told me 'it shouldn't take long' to get the replacement.
