Our experience with the Definis and Sons team was excellent. The entire process, from measurement to ordering and installation, was seamless. Ordered over 20 windows in April. Install began in July. They broke 2 windows and didn't install them, but didn't tell me until end of day 2 install and I would have to wait even longer. They reached out with install date of the 2 broken windows, then cancelled at the last minute and my son lost a day of work. Also one of the windows they did install had a large crack down the middle of the outside glass and they measured it in August and told me 'it shouldn't take long' to get the replacement. Had a Storm Door installed by Junior yesterday. From ordering the door to getting an installation date that was customed to my busy schedule, I could not be happier with the whole process. Now to see & use the door is also something else! It’s beautiful & Junior did a thorough job of installing and cleaning. He also repaired a problem I had with my existing front door, which had nothing to do with why he was here but went out of his way to make an existing problems get fixed. I just want to say Thank You to Junior & his crew for the 7 windows they just installed this morning (within 2hours). They were all courteous, very nice & did an absolutely wonderful job & also at cleaning up & showing me how to clean my new windows with the tilt in feature. I highly recommend Definis & Son for all your window & door needs. You can’t beat their prices.
