Defining Home is a vendor for some very sought after brands, and unfortunately in Birmingham it’s one of the only vendors for the furniture I wanted to purchase. However, other than being a place to swipe your credit card, there is absolutely nothing else that this company did as far as customer service, delivery, quality control, etc. For over 8 months, I had to call and inquire about my order, never receiving occasional updates or being assured that my things would, in fact, actually be delivered.
