They are so professional and kind. I’ve had several procedure's done here at ILM. Have been very pleased with every procedure. I will not go anywhere else. Plus I have recommended my friends. Believe me ladies and gentlemen you are in good hands.
Everyone has been very kind at the office. Cristi has been very helpful in explaining how all of the procedures work and how they can help me. Giving 4 stars for now because I have not had enough time to see results yet from my first treatment.
Melina is very knowledgeable. She doesnt rush you through the process and makes you feel like you're her only priority! She makes me feel good about myself as i"m getting older.

One of the best in the business! I have been a patient here for 4 years and I actually drive from Delaware to continue to visit this office. The entire staff is super friendly, the office is clean and welcoming, and the NPs are so knowledgeable when it comes to hormone replacement therapy. I have felt my very best since I first started with BHRT and it has been a true lifesaver!
