Hired Eric for a home inspection and 2 areas of black mold were missed. Needless to say I’m pissed. The added picture was from the garage ceiling at time of inspection. You didn’t call it out because you didn’t want to ruin the home sale for your father in law.

Adam was thorough and professional. He was knowledgeable and polite. He was easy to work with and very efficient with both his time and mine.
Adam was very detail oriented and took the time to answer questions during the inspection in detail and promptly responded to additional follow ups as well. The inspection report was easy to read through with lots of details and pictures and was extensive in nature. Very happy with the overall experience.
I was worried about radon in my house. Now that I have had it tested with positive results, I feel better in my house.
