I'm not one to leave bad reviews because I rarely complain, but I was very disappointed with my experience. I've been coming here for a while and have always been happy with the service. I got a full set of lashes on Wednesday, and by Thursday, most of the lashes on one side had already fallen off. Since it had only been one day, I went back to see if they could fix them. The tech was friendly but demolished my brows the left one is extremely high and the right one is so low I can’t conceal it…. Very unsatisfied and this is not my first disappointment the last time I could fix it this time I can’t I won’t be back !!!!!!

Love coming to this place. Phenomenal work takes place here and Rita is my favorite. However, I highly recommend them all!
