Hands down the best barre, rev, hammock studio in town. The only workout I consistently keep in my routine 5 yrs strong. Great new things coming and can't wait to check them all out!

One of the best classes I've taken in a very long time. We went to the river oaks location and Lisa was our instructors she was awesome. Will definitely be going back to take more of her classes
