I had an issue with pain in my foot, under my second toe. It felt like I had a pea sized pebble in my foot. Dr. Lilly said it was a clogged duct/ gland. He shaved down the area. When I left the office I no longer experienced the pain. I’m very satisfied with my experience.
Love coming here. Dr. Lilly is amazing and his staff are amazing as well.
Dr. Lilly and his staff are top notch. Everyone is pleasant and very professional. I highly encourage anyone who needs a podiatrist to call this office!
Dr Lilly is a great Doctor. Front desk ladies are nice. Issues are with some of the staff. Especially Julie (insurance coordinator) & Jean (office manager). Julie gave me a hard time getting approval of DME from my health insurance. She told me it was not covered b/c I'm not diabetic. Didn't even offer to submit for pre-determination anyways, just in case. It then was approved, b/c I requested for a a pre-determination to be done & pushed Julie to submit for approval.
