Their current generation of ADT's "Resideo" wireless systems are not suitable for older homes with lath and plaster walls. Don’t use them, over priced and you get contractually bound for their junk. Use ring or anything you can find without a contract and don’t believe whatever they try to tell you about other products not being safe. Do your own research, with one just being “how to get out of ADT contract” and you’ll find an endless list of unhappy customers that are all counting the days for their contract to end and cancel immediately and warn as many others as they can not to ever even consider them.
