The facility is very clean and well taken care of. Bill made the process of signing up a very easy and transparent process. Highly recommended.
I guess I really would give 3.75 stars. The problem I have with them is that they entice you with a super low price. And 6 months later it leaps sky high. There is no prominent disclosure such as you see when you subscribe to a newspaper: $x for 6 months and then $XX per month. It is impossible to believe they don't know 6 months or a year ahead, or maybe even several years ahead, what they will charge you at a future date. Easy setup and very nice manager (Alice) who helped. Clean and secure
Mr. Morris was the man. He was very helpful and made the process very efficient for me. Thanks again! Update: rented another unit yesterday and Bill Morris was there to assist again. The man is a machine and works well under pressure. The place was hectic and busy but he remained calm cool and collected. He made for another smooth transaction and is always helpful which is why I’ve transferred all my storage needs to this location. Even had family and friends use this facility. Thanks again for all your help Bill.
My partner and I came here to check out sizes of the units. Bob was fantastic with everything. Would highly recommend DEFENDER STORAGE to anyone looking for a very good deal in a practically new building that's been here for about 2yrs. Hopefully if there is any other staff.. they're as friendly as Bob too!
