Don’t do it. I was told one thing by the instillation rep and then something completely different over the phone. In addition the rep installed the wrong product and when asked he said that it was the correct item. Also the reps came to my house wearing ADT shirts but not ADT reps.
I am giving this company a Five because they are being targeted as another company. I have ADT and Defender Direct is giving this mans # and company name for complaints. He is getting bad reviews for a company that is not connected to him. My service through Defender Direct has been awful until I had to go off on ADT themselves.
